service, you agree to abide by the terms of this Listing
Agreement.
1 - When you
offer a vehicle for sale through 1800-usedcars.com,
you must have possession of the actual item listed and
the ability to transfer title. To list a vehicle for
sale on 1800-usedcars.com, sellers are required to provide
certain identifying and contact information. The information
must accurately identify the seller and the method of
contact must permit buyers to communicate directly with
the seller.
2 - It is the
Seller responsibility to ensure that the information
contained in the listing is accurate. 1800-usedcars.com
is not responsible for any inaccuracies contained in
such information. We strongly encourage Sellers to ensure
that they do not make misleading statements or post
listings with inaccurate statements. 1800-usedcars.com
goal is to create a site in which users can be confident
that they are obtaining accurate information.
3 - Sellers
are able to provide as much information as they prefer
and must submit 6 photos per listing:
Photos must be of the actual vehicle for sale.
Any ads with stock photos will be removed.
Any photos taken from ebay.com or other websites will
be removed.
4 - 1800-usedcars.com
expects anyone using the site will act and use our
website in good faith. We expect that all users, including
buyers and sellers will use it for the purpose for
which it was intended.
5 - Please
notify us when your car has been sold to delist your
ad.
